± PLUS/MINUS — Threshold — something may be present, but it's right at the edge of perception. A stronger experience would confirm it; otherwise it may be nothing.

+ PLUS ONE — Clearly noticeable. You can tell when it began and how it's changing, though its full character isn't apparent yet.

First awareness came just under thirty minutes, building to a light-headed, sparkly, physically buoyant state by the one-hour point. The author likened it to a stimulant minus heart effects, or a psychedelic minus imagery, with two-hour body signs including cool feet, mild gut unease, jaw tension, and slight eye wiggle. Effects were mostly gone by four and a half hours, with a clean return to baseline at six and good sleep.
