At roughly ten times the earlier dose, one patient entered a state resembling mescaline intoxication, seeing colored geometric patterns and occasional organized imagery. The second patient had visual distortion, persistent after-images, a sense of unreality, and paranoid thinking, along with strongly dilated pupils and whole-body tremors, though without true hallucinations.
