± PLUS/MINUS — Threshold — something may be present, but it's right at the edge of perception. A stronger experience would confirm it; otherwise it may be nothing.
Closed-eye patterning was plentiful, but outside sounds, including voices and music, felt intrusive, and the author wanted no company in their mental space. The experience recalled mescaline in the way awareness of the drug's involvement kept slipping away, with stronger visual distortion seemingly imminent. Residual effects at twelve hours were significant enough that a sedative was needed to rest.
