2. T+00:20:00 [intensity]
intensity

± PLUS/MINUS — Threshold — something may be present, but it's right at the edge of perception. A stronger experience would confirm it; otherwise it may be nothing.

3. T+01:30:00 [intensity]
intensity

++ PLUS TWO — Both the timing and the character are unmistakable, but you can still choose to let it stay in the background and carry on with ordinary activities.

4. T+08:00:00 [intensity]
intensity

+ PLUS ONE — Clearly noticeable. You can tell when it began and how it's changing, though its full character isn't apparent yet.

5. T+12:00:00 [intensity]
intensity

± PLUS/MINUS — Threshold — something may be present, but it's right at the edge of perception. A stronger experience would confirm it; otherwise it may be nothing.

6. T+00:00:00 [note]
Changes appeared within twenty minutes and a full strong effect was established by ninety minutes, surprisingly fast for a long-acting material. The standout feature was closed-eye fantasy rather than mere imagery, not entirely benign but meshing intimately with music, which seemed to construct an engulfing personal sphere of reality; eyes-open effects and insight were modest. Attempting sleep at eight hours left the author feeling exposed and needing to guard against the fantasy, and even at twelve hours relaxation was elusive, prompting a caution about higher doses.
