intensity
± PLUS/MINUS — Threshold — something may be present, but it's right at the edge of perception. A stronger experience would confirm it; otherwise it may be nothing.
intensity
+ PLUS ONE — Clearly noticeable. You can tell when it began and how it's changing, though its full character isn't apparent yet.
intensity
− MINUS — No noticeable effect.
A wave of tingling arrived at thirty minutes, then over the next hour a mild plus-one-and-a-half state developed, marked by a tendency to doze with dreamlike imagery and colored letters at the edge of vision. Appetite, blood pressure, eyes, and jaw were all unaffected, and the experience ended within four to five hours. A repeat at the same dose days later produced only a bare threshold.
